Monte's Small Engine Repair Service was established in March of 1993 by Monte Gens.
Monte's is staffed full-time by Monte Gens and Glenn Monacelli.
Several other valuable people help us part-time as needed.
All of us work as a team to meet your needs in the best way possible.
Monte has based his business on providing quality parts, equipment, and services.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Monte Gens
Monte is one of the most knowledgeable power equipment repair technicians in western New York. He has been repairing outdoor power equipment since he started at Pagano Tractor & Implement in 1975. In 1983, he became Consumer Products Service Manager and handled customer relations, repairs, parts ordering, and equipment purchasing. He has regularly attended all of the update schools for the engine and power equipment lines that we service and sell.
Monte does hundreds of repairs a year, and as our satisfied customer base has grown,
Monte has kept up the pace with timely, expert and efficient repairs.
His advice and experience is called upon daily by customers and co-workers alike.
Glenn Monacelli
Glenn pretty much grew up in the business and began helping out at
Pagano Tractor & Implement at a young age. He is now a partner with
Monte in the business and oversees the day-to-day operations in sales and parts,
handles the largest share of business-related paperwork and even manages to do
repair work besides.
Richard
Wystup
Richard has a very wide range of mechanical experience. Being stationed in several places including Arizona, he served in the Air Force as a jet engine, diesel, and ground equipment technician. Earning six years worth of mechanical experience in the Air Force, his mechanical knowledge did not stop there. He also became an owner operator, maintaining his own tractor-trailer for four years. Followed with another year of being a diesel mechanic for another trucking company, and then working by Monte’s side in Monte’s Small Engine for going on seven years now.
